We believe in professionalism, transparency, and keeping everyone — truckers and contractors — protected and respected. Please review the following policies before booking.
⏱️ Minimum Booking Requirement
- All services are booked in 30-minute increments.
- There is a 30-minute minimum charge, even if the job takes less time.
- This ensures fairness to both contractors and customers.
🚫 No-Show & Cancellation Policy
- If a customer does not show up or respond within 10 minutes of the booked time, the appointment is marked as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
- Same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
- If we are unable to perform the service due to our error or absence, a full refund will be issued immediately.
🏨 Hotel Assistance Guidelines
- Contractors are not permitted to enter hotel rooms.
- Gear will be placed just outside the door (indoor hotels) or curbside near the motel door (outdoor motels).
- We aim to protect the privacy and safety of both drivers and workers.
- Drivers should prepare their gear for easy handoff at the door.
🦺 Contractor Safety & Boundaries
- Contractors are not allowed to enter truck cabs, climb unsafe structures, or perform any service that risks injury.
- Physical or verbal harassment of contractors will result in immediate termination of service and potential reporting to authorities.
- Contractors are trained to respect your privacy and perform only what’s booked.
