  • If a customer does not show up or respond within 10 minutes of the booked time, the appointment is marked as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
  • Same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
  • If we are unable to perform the service due to our error or absence, a full refund will be issued immediately.
